If your company has at least three top-performing employees in the same department, we will assess them and use the results to create custom benchmarks for your company. If your company doesn’t have at least three top-performing employees, we can provide quality composite benchmarks instead.

 

Job candidates complete two online assessment tests. Candidate scores are compared to the custom or composite benchmarks.

 

Detailed reports are generated for each assessment test, along with a 3 to 4 page summary of candidate strengths and weaknesses.

 

The quality, objective information provided by the assessment tests is used to help determine whether job candidates have the talents required to “walk their talk”.
